Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.  Potential delays may unfortunately occur due to high volume of orders, logistics limitations, geographic restrictions, inclement weather and other instances that are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Unavailable.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a Php200 flat rate shipping for Metro Manila customers. 

Local delivery

Deliveries are made from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm from Mondays to Saturdays. We will contact you via email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your package's arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If your order has not arrived within three (3) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at uniformshop@ismanila.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We strive to ensure that all uniforms are delivered in excellent condition and according to your order specifications.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size ordered, subject to stock availability
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from receipt of the order.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns & Refunds

As school uniforms are essential wear items and are often purchased for a specific purpose, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection after fitting information has been provided
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be replaced
  • A verified manufacturing defect cannot be remedied through replacement
  • An incorrect item was delivered and replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed in the Uniformshop.
